We are a team of 5 friendly people. Tim is originally from the UK and Maria is from Singapore – we arrived in Australia in 2012, to raise our children and make a difference in the world of gourmet food distribution. Together we run this business that started in 1994 with 2 drivers and a book keeper in Abel Street, Penrith where the cool room is, which we affectionately call ‘The Shed’. Here, we store the products in freezers and a huge cool room before delivery.
We go to Sydney typically 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays to pick up all products in refrigerated trucks.
Generally, our customers are hotels, restaurants, cafes, delicatessens, event organizers and home based bakers.
Our route is from Penrith to the Blue Mountains via Katoomba and to Bathurst, Orange then Lithgow, Mount Victoria, Richmond and Windsor. We also deliver to Mudgee though an extra delivery charge may apply. Delivery days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
We work with more than 50 Suppliers for a variety of cakes, biscuits, drinks, pies, pastries and food service items.
We have gained a reputation for reliability, responsibility and reasonable prices. We also do independent deliveries and help in catering food for Event Organisers in various functions.
Orders should reach us by Monday noon at the latest, if possible.

We believe in being reliable and responsible. There are times when a certain item is unavailable, so if we know that you can’t go without a blue cheese, for example, we will get you a replacement of similar taste and value. We know all about menus and customer expectations. We do our best to be on time and deliver your items in good condition. We have also garnered a reputation for getting items that are exclusive so that your menu will be unique and special. We have kept our prices reasonable as we know that you have a budget to adhere to.
